Meet Jade Norman, PA-C

Jade Norman, PA-C, is a passionate Physician Assistant with experience in wound care, urgent care, and primary care. Raised in Gwinnett County, Georgia, she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Georgia State University before attending Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. During her training, Jade received numerous honors, including being named the AAPA PAStudent of the Year in 2024, recognized as a Trailblazer in the PA Profession Awardee, and selected as a PA Future Educator Fellow. She also served as Community Engagement Chair of her class and received multiple scholarships.

Jade chose the Physician Assistant profession because of the opportunity to help people across a wide variety of settings, populations, and specialties. She especially loves primary and urgent care because they allow her to address immediate concerns while also building long-term relationships with patients. Whether treating an acute illness, helping someone find a specialist, or partnering with a patient on their long-term health, Jade enjoys being able to support patients throughout different stages of their healthcare journey.

For Jade, the most rewarding part of medicine is helping people feel better, giving them hope, and creating an actionable plan together. Some of her favorite patient experiences involve people who have struggled with a health concern for a long time and finally seek care. She strives to make sure they leave feeling heard, supported, and confident that they have a plan moving forward.

Outside of work, Jade loves cooking, traveling, exploring caves, spending time with family, and being with her three dogs, Psi, Pyro, and Pluto. Having been raised in Georgia, she is proud to now practice medicine in her home state and looks forward to serving the AllCare community.
