Most self-pay visits use this one rate. That one charge covers what your provider takes care of during your visit, including procedures and lab work they order.

Visits for everyday health needs, including sick visits, minor injuries, follow-ups for ongoing conditions like blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight management

Annual physical

Full physical exam, vitals, basic bloodwork order, screening

Routine GYN exam

Pelvic exam, breast exam, screening

Pre-operative clearance

Includes EKG

TB screening

TB skin test or QuantiFERON blood test

Procedures

Wart removal, abscess drainage, laceration repair, foreign body removal, ear irrigation, suture evaluation and removal

If you need more than one visit can cover, your provider may schedule a follow-up visit.

STD/STI Tests and Exams

All options include the cost of the tests, an exam and first dose of medication if needed.

Lab Work Included in Your Visit

AllCare partners with LabCorp to process lab work at all 15 locations.

If you are paying self-pay, most lab work ordered during your visit is included in your visit rate. STD testing is priced separately. LabCorp still processes your samples, but you receive one bill from AllCare.

If you are using insurance, LabCorp bills your insurance directly.

Common Self-Pay Questions.

Can I pay with HSA or FSA?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for office visits, procedures, vaccines, and most prescriptions.
Do I pay before or after my visit?
At check-in. We collect the visit rate upfront. No billing back-and-forth after.
What if my visit needs more than expected?
Most self-pay visits, in-office procedures, and lab work are included in your visit rate. If your provider recommends an added procedure or test, we tell you the rate before doing it. You decide.
Will I get a bill from LabCorp?
Not for most self-pay visits. Most lab work is included in your visit rate. If your provider recommends a test not included in the self-pay rate, you will receive a quote from LabCorp before the test.
Why did your pricing change?
To make costs easier to understand. One rate covers your visit, procedures, and most lab work, so you know your total at check-in and get one bill.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger procedures, yes. Call us to set one up before your visit.
Can I switch from self-pay to insurance later?
Yes. Bring your card to your next visit and we'll update your file. We don't retroactively bill insurance for a self-pay visit.
Are these rates the same at every clinic?
